Pre-heat up to 100 cartridges
The first use is to pre-heat up to 100 cartridges before filling them. Cartridges that are warm accept and seat oil better than carts that are cold. Preheat the oven, toaster oven, or hot plate by placing the cart-filled tray in the prepared oven, toaster oven, or hot plate. It is recommended that you turn your head 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Oil removal from up to 100 cartridges
The second use is for oil recovery. Turn your pre-filled carts upside down in the plate and place them on the recovery tray that comes with the plate. Preheat the oven to about 180 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for around 20 minutes with the cart-filled dish and tray. The bulk of the oil is collected and placed in the connected tray, where it may be reused.
